Product Title: Smart Pipe Welding Machine Kit - Aluminum and Metal Construction - 800W Power - 220V Voltage - 16*6.5CM Heating Plate Size - 0~320 Degree C / 32~608 Degree F Heating Temperature - -20~50 Degree C / -4~122 Degree F Ambient Temperature - 45% to 95% Relative Humidity - Digital Temperature ControlDescription:The Smart Pipe Welding Machine Kit is designed to make your pipe welding tasks easier and more efficient. With its sturdy aluminum and metal construction, it guarantees durability and long-lasting performance. Operating this device is simple. First, securely install the radiator onto your fixed welding equipment and place it on the rack. Attach the appropriate heating mold for your required pipe specifications and tighten it using a wrench. This is usually done at the front end of the radiator. To power on the machine, ensure that your power supply is equipped with a grounding protection wire. Turn on the device and wait for the green indicator light to illuminate. Once it turns off and the red light turns on, it means that the fuse has entered the automatic temperature control mode. This indicates that the machine is ready for operation. In the automatic temperature control mode, both the red and green lights will alternately illuminate, assuring you that the fuse is regulated and won't affect your operation. When it's time to weld your pipes, first use a pipe cutter to cut the pipe in a straight manner. Insert both the pipe and the pipe together into the fused mold without rotating, following the instructions provided in the manual. Once the heating time is reached, quickly remove both the pipe and the fused pipe from the mold simultaneously. Place them directly into the required depth without rotating to achieve a uniform seam opening.
